Terms of use

The agreement between you and LuxeLook AI

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms apply when you use the LuxeLook AI app and website, provided by Investment Collective Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 43 684 516 854), trading as LuxeLook AI. By using the app you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.

Who can use it

You must be 16 or older. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use the app and, if it applies, to pay for a subscription.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can use the app as a guest without an account; a guest wardrobe is deleted after 7 days of inactivity unless you save it.

Your content

Your photos and wardrobe are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them so the app can work for you, including sending them to the AI services listed in the privacy policy once you've allowed that. Only upload photos you have the right to use. We may remove content that's unlawful or that targets another person.

About the suggestions

LuxeLook AI suggests outfits using artificial intelligence. Suggestions are ideas, not instructions, and they can be wrong about weather, occasion or what goes together. The app gives no medical, health or body advice, and it is not a substitute for any.

Fair use

Don't try to break the app, overload it, copy it, or use it to harass anyone. Don't use automated tools to make requests on your behalf. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and ending

We're improving the app constantly and may add, change or remove features. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Our responsibility to you

Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that can't be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits them. Beyond those guarantees, we're responsible for loss we cause directly through our negligence or breach of these terms, and we're not responsible for loss you could reasonably have avoided or that wasn't foreseeable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If we have a disagreement, we'll try to sort it out with you directly first.
