How LuxeLook AI handles your information

LuxeLook AI is made by Investment Collective Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 43 684 516 854), an Australian company. This policy explains what we collect when you use the LuxeLook AI app, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, or the identifier Apple gives us if you sign in with Apple. Guests have no account details at all.
- Wardrobe photos. The photos you take or choose, and the cut-out versions we make from them.
- Style information. Your style quiz answers, occasions you add, the measurements you choose to enter, and the outfits you rate or wear. We never ask for your weight and there is no field for it.
- Calendar entries. What you wore on which day, and outfit photos if you add them.
- Location, if you allow it. Used only to fetch the weather. We round your coordinates before sending them, and we don't store your location.
- How you use the app. Screens opened and features used, tied to a random install ID rather than your name. Crash reports if something goes wrong.
- Subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription, from Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
Why we use it
- To tag your pieces, remove backgrounds and suggest outfits.
- To keep your wardrobe in sync across your devices and available offline.
- To send you account emails such as sign-in confirmations and password resets.
- To understand which parts of the app are working and fix what isn't.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
AI processing and your permission
Some features send your photos to AI services run by other companies. We ask for your permission before the first photo is sent, and you can change your choice in Settings at any time. If you say no, you can still keep a wardrobe, but tagging and outfit suggestions won't work.

These providers act on our instructions and may only use your information to provide their service to us. Some are outside Australia, so your information may be stored or processed overseas as listed above.
Guests
You can try LuxeLook without an account. A guest wardrobe lives on our servers under a random identifier with no name or email attached. If you don't save it by signing in with Apple or email, the guest wardrobe and its photos are deleted automatically after 7 days of inactivity.
Keeping and deleting your information
- Your wardrobe is kept while you have an account.
- You can delete your account in Settings with one tap. This removes your photos, wardrobe, outfits, calendar and account details from our systems. Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.
- You can delete individual photos or pieces at any time.
Security
Your photos are stored in a private folder that only your signed-in account can read, served through short-lived links. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every table in our database restricts access to the owner of the data.
Age
LuxeLook AI is for people aged 16 and over. We ask your year of birth when you start and don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@luxelookai.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
